Mike “The Mechanic” was known in the Bowery as a hotshot from an early age. His “mechanic skills”, which tend to refer to his manual skills in winning dirty deals and bloody bar-knuckle fights, quickly caught the attention of the Gnocci Familia. It didn't take long for him to work his way up from former soldier to capo thanks to a multitude of successful scams and tangible brawls. Since then, his name has been known all over NYC and anyone who holds his life dear will take the precaution of crossing the street when they see Mike approaching from afar...
This "Schmiere" gives a strong hold and has an innocent white color. Tips and tricks for application:
The “Schmiere - Pomade hard” is ideal for shaping even unruly or thick hair into a perfect quiff. Once applied to the hair, it lasts all day without drying through and ensures that the hair stays in place while remaining flexible. Beginners can quickly become frustrated with solid pomades, as the viscous mass sticks to the fingers like paste and is therefore difficult to spread into the hair. Tip: Warm solid pomade slightly with a hairdryer beforehand. To style, take a finger full of pomade (for normal hair) or two fingers full (for thick, wavy hair) and spread the pomade over the palms of your hands. In the beginning: less is more! You can always re-apply. Now run your hands over your hair or run your fingers between your hair. Finally, when the pomade becomes firmer again, use a comb to shape the hair as desired.
