Tracking / Delivery Time
Most orders are processed as soon as your online purchase is complete. Your order will be shipped as soon as the items are available in the warehouse, your payment has been confirmed and the delivery address has been verified. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be informed by email. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday (except holidays).
After your order leaves our warehouse, shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance, approximately as follows:
Customs Duties
Customs duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. If you place an order for delivery to a destination outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are beyond our control and we unfortunately cannot predict what they may be. Please note: the costs incurred must also be borne if the goods are returned.

It is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned times, but delivery dates are not guaranteed, as deliveries are handled by third parties and are subject to the local processing times of the transport companies, as well as public holidays and general weather conditions.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct, as we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been completed.
In the case of undeliverable shipments (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept, not picked up), we reserve the right not to refund the shipping costs or to charge for reshipment – this also applies to offers with free shipping.
