• Standard delivery for orders over €40 within Germany is free of charge (end customers)

Tracking / Delivery Time
Most orders are processed as soon as your online purchase is complete. Your order will be shipped as soon as the items are available in the warehouse, your payment has been confirmed and the delivery address has been verified. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be informed by email. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday (except holidays).
After your order leaves our warehouse, shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance, approximately as follows:

• Germany: 1-3 business days
• Within the EU: 3-5 business days
• Outside the EU: 1-3 weeks

Customs Duties
Customs duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. If you place an order for delivery to a destination outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are beyond our control and we unfortunately cannot predict what they may be.

It is our goal to deliver within the above times, but delivery dates are not guaranteed because deliveries are handled by third parties and are subject to the local holidays of the transport companies.
After completing the order, we can no longer change the delivery address.
