The Marlene pants are one of those garments that changed the world. Women in the 20s began to wear trousers and freed themselves from the - until then - prevailing garment: The skirt. Pants weren't just useful: They also reflected the independence and liberty which the women at this time recently gained.
At first no pants only for women have been produced. That's why all women had to fall back on male pants. These male trousers gave the important distinction to the female cut which followed: The wide legs.
In 1930 Marlene Dietrich was the first woman who wore pants in a movie ("Marokko"), which made trousers much more attractive for populace. Since then Marlene Dietrich - with her androgynous look - stands for these particular pants with her name: "Marlene Dietrich Pants".
The classical Marlene is cut wide and straight and has both slim and high waist. A further charateristic are the wide legs. The Marlene Pants can be combined feminine as well as sportive. With its nice cut they conjure endless legs.

In order to enjoy the deep blue colouring of our jeans for a long time, please do not wash above 40° and don’t use the spin cycle While ironing please take care that the electric iron temperature is max. at level 2. Please wash those denim always inside out and with similar colours, because the slightly pre-washed denim could loose a lot of dye. Every deepblue denim will "bleed out". Because the dark dying could only be realized - and could last a long time - if the denim is dyed with indigo for several times. Indigo isn't colour-fast which brings the typical, natural ageing process of blue denim. Although you should take care with all light fabric covers, wallpapers and bags while wearing this denim. There also may be staining on light clothing such as underwear, sox and shoes just effected by body heat.

Nachdem meine erste Marlene nach mehr als 6 Jahren in Rente gehen darf, weil sie buchstäblich "totgeliebt" ist, freu ich mich jetzt über die neue.
Immer chic und auch sowohl für Arbeit als auch für "chic" geeignet. Definitiv meine Lieblingsjeans!
