Often a single view to the FAQ is enough, to answer some questions. Subdivided into categories you will surely find the right answer to your question. In the other case please create a ticket by using our Support System.

When will I get my order confirmation email ?

After you have placed your order and finally clicked on the "Order NOW" button, our shop system will send you automatically a confirmation email. If you don't get your confirmation, please send us an email and we have to check it.

Some reasons why you maybe get no confirmation email:
* you haven´t wrote your correct email in your account or there is a mistake in writing
* our email is in your SPAM File
* you have an AOL account (we often have problems with AOL accounts and our email doesn't work).
Which kind of payments are possible ?

You can pay by credit card (VISA or Master), you can pay by paypal or by bank transfer to our international bankaccount.

I don't have a credit card. Can I send you a check or can I pay cash by delivery?
We're sorry, but we do not accept checks for payment and we don't offer payment cash by delivery.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and bank transfer. You can set up a Paypal account even if you do not have a credit card.
What is Paypal and how do I use it?

PayPal enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online.
Your account can attach to your credit card or bank account for payment funding. Visit their site at www.paypal.com and click the Sign Up button at the top of the PayPal home page to set up your account.
They have an extensive help section to guide you if you are having trouble. If you choose Paypal to pay by placing your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal home page.

Do you ship world wide?
Yes, we ship world wide.
Please choose the correct country in your account creation. If you don't find your country in the dropdown menu, please send us an email with our contact page and we will add it as soon as possible.
Could I change my delivery address ?
Yes, of course. We will ship to your personal "wish address".
You can change the shipping address in your personal account and also on the confirmation page of your order.

When will you ship my order ?
First of all it depends on your payment. As soon as we have your payment on our account, we will prepare your paket for the shipment.
We have delivery days on monday - friday.
Our shipping partner are UPS and DHL. Your order is insured up to 500 EUR.
How long does a delivery take ?
For addresses in Europe it usually takes 3-5 workdays,
for addresses out of Europe and oversea it usually takes 10-14 days, sometimes a little bit more!
I need an item very fast- what could I do ?
I need an item very fast - what could I do? Well, it depends on the payment which you choose. All orders which were paid by credit card or by paypal will be packed and shipped out next day. That's the fastest way we can offer.
Or of course you are always welcome to visit our store "Red Hot and Blue" here in Essen, Germany.
How could I cash a gift voucher ?
To cash a voucher is very easy.
Just go to your shopping cart and you will find a special field where you put in your voucher number. We will cut the amount from your total (on the next page) in your order confirmation.
Could I send back items which don't fit or which I dislike ?
The buyer has the right to return the item within 14 days of delivery. You will find a reconsignment form in your package. Please fill it out very carefully. Please put it into your package and send it back to us.
All foreign customers have to pay for the shipping.

How do you handle my personal informations ?
We use your inventory data exclusive for the completion of your order. All customer data is stored and processed considering the relevant regulations of the Federal Laws for Data Protection (BDSG) and the Teledienstdatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG).

We do not pass your personal data including your house address and E-Mail address without your express and at any time revocable consent to third. Excluded of it are our service partners, which need the transmission of data (e.g. mail-order house the assigned the supply and the bank) for the order handling. These cases of the conveyed data is limited however only to the necessary minimum.
What happens, when an item doesn´t fit ?
You have a 14days sale on return.You will find a reconsignment form in your paket, please fill in very carefully. It always comes together with the invoice. Please put it into your paket and send it back to us. All foreign customers have to pay for the shipping. Why don't you have all items in stock ?
Why don't you have all items in stock ?

Well, this answer is very easy. Rumble59 produces a lot of shirts, dresses, jackets and other things by our own. That means we haven't such a big stock. And if some sizes are gone, well they are gone and it takes a while until these items are back in stock again.

But you have the change to get an automatic email, when we will get a new order and the item is back in stock again. Next to the item which is "sold out" you will find a button, just click on this button and you will get an email. (But you need to be looged in to use this service !)
Is it possible to order an item in advance?
Sorry, but we can't handle an order in advance.
But we have a special informationsystem in our shop. Next to the items which is "sold out" at the moment you find a reminder button. Just click on these button and you will be automatically informed as soon as we got new stock on this item! ( But you need to be logged in to use this service!)
I'm not sure with the sizing, what could I do ?
Well, we try to give you the best information as we can and often we will describe the sizing of an item. If an item has no special explination than it has a "normal" cut. But if you are still unsure with a size, just use the button "Ask a question" send us your question and we will help you as good as we can.
